I met Tucker at Canterbury Village where his mom works in Lake Orion and could not resist taking photos of this 10-week-old Siberian Husky!
I am definitely not a wedding photographer, but I couldn’t say no when a very close friend needs photos for their Save the Date card before they could book their wedding photographer! Darra and George recently got engaged, setting a wedding date for Feb. 3, 2018, so I helped them out with an engagement photo session by Quarton Lake in Birmingham.
As you know, I’m a Michigan pet photographer so I don’t typically focus on human portraits. That being said, I am happy to take family photos when the fur kids are included! Below are some images from a beautiful family session I did in Mt. Pleasant. The lighting that evening was truly magical, creating a lot of gorgeous bokeh!
This wonderful family had a Golden Retriever named Penelope (Nellie for short) and a Labrador Retriever named Tucker!
Bexley was having a hard time during the session because what 1.5-year-old wants to be stuck in mom’s arms trying to smile for a camera? She had some fun when their wagon came out!
Eight-week-old Jack’s photo session came one day after he was adopted by his parents from a rescue in Chesterfield. Little Jack is a German Shepherd/Collie mix, and he was literally the sleepiest little pup I have ever met at that age!
Did you know that we offer a special package called the Puppy’s First Year? Your puppy will change SO much between the time you bring him/her home and that first birthday. For some breeds, it’s just a change in size. For others, it could be a change in the coloring and fur in addition to size. With this package, I will do four different sessions with your dog over the first year to capture all those physical changes as well as your pup’s little quirks over that first year. Click here for more information about this package!
Over the weekend, I took my English Bulldog, Kalea, to Barktoberfest in Royal Oak with a friend. We had a lot of fun, and she got her new bandana from her friends at @all4pets.wdiv. We saw so many gorgeous dogs at the festival, and I couldn’t help but snap some photos (don’t worry – I asked for their permission first!).
